Terms of Use
Last updated: 13 June 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account on the Tribute To Women community portal ("Portal") you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.
2. Community membership
All users begin as Community Members. Community membership is an open invitation to participate in the Tribute To Women movement — the annual festival, financial wellness programmes, the Women's Marketplace and year-round community activities. Membership does not create an employment, agency or partnership relationship.
3. Conduct
You agree to act lawfully, treat fellow members with respect, support women-owned businesses on the marketplace in good faith, and refrain from posting harmful, discriminatory or misleading content.
4. Marketplace vendors & partner brands
Promotion to Marketplace Vendor or Partner Brand requires verification and acceptance by the Foundation or its appointed delivery partners (including GO Mzansi and Assupol where applicable). Background and B-BBEE checks may apply to commercial partners.
5. Data & POPIA
The Portal processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013. Optional demographic data is used in aggregate for reporting and is never sold.
6. Third-party systems
The Portal connects to systems of record including Assupol financial wellness tools and the GO Mzansi marketplace infrastructure. Use of those systems is governed by their own terms.
7. Liability
The Portal is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Malibongwe Arts Festival Foundation NPC and its partners are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Portal.
8. Changes
We may update these terms ahead of campaign milestones. Material changes will be notified in-portal.
